Position
Role: Optometrist
Location: North Wales
Salary: Up to £74,000 FTE + Monthly commission
Company Car: For business and personal use
Days: 4 or 5 days a week (no weekends)
Responsibilities
* Help around 6-7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes. Appointments are longer (1 hour) to build strong relationships and provide gold-standard care.
* Make autonomous clinical decisions and be supported by senior optometrist teammates at head office for confirmation or second opinions when needed.
* Use the latest equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and a digital records system to minimise paperwork.
* Be supported with CPD; time may be allocated to complete exams as required.

Equipment & Training
All Optometrists are provided with a full equipment kit, with comprehensive training to ensure confidence before working independently. Equipment is demonstrated in our Equipment Video.

* Entry-level seniority; open to candidates seeking an impactful role in domiciliary optometry.
* Ability to work in North Wales with a flexible schedule; weekends are not required.
