YOOF is a Gen-Z focused talent management and media company working across digital creators, creative talent and original media projects. Our digital division represents emerging creators while building long-term careers through brand partnerships, IP development and cross-industry opportunities. We have also launched a creative division representing emerging talent across music, literary, film and television.
As the company continues to scale, we are looking to hire a Senior Talent Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This role is suited to someone with strong industry instincts, brand relationships and commercial drive who wants to take real ownership within a fast-growing roster. High performers in this role should expect to significantly exceed base salary through commission.
Compensation
* 6-month performance review tied to base salary uplift and expanded scope

Candidate Profile
* 4–8+ years experience in talent management
* Experience managing digital creators or working closely with creator talent
* Strong pre-existing relationships with brands, agencies or commercial partners
* A proactive approach to securing partnerships and growing talent careers
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A creative & ambitious mind for personal branding & narrative
* A strong interest in culture, creators and emerging talent - especially towards using digital as a discovery platform / launching pad for talent verticals beyond social media
Role Responsibilities
* Managing and developing relationships with a roster of digital creators
* Securing brand partnerships and commercial opportunities for talent
* Building relationships with brands, agencies and platforms
* Identifying and onboarding new creators aligned with YOOF’s ecosystem
* Developing long-term growth strategies for creators across content, positioning and partnerships; within & beyond social.
* Supporting opportunities across broadcast, IP, publishing and wider media projects
* Helping build the systems and infrastructure needed to scale the talent division
