If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this Administrative Officer role is for you. You’ll play a key part in some of our most important annual events — from assisting with Year 9 Options and supporting Year 6–7 Transition, to providing high-quality administrative support service to the Pastoral and Sixth Form Teams. Your organisation and attention to detail will help create memorable, well‑run experiences for students and families.
Alongside annual events, you’ll be contributing to the smooth running of our busy reception when required. From welcoming visitors and managing calls, to maintaining accurate records, producing communications, and supporting safeguarding procedures, you’ll be a trusted and valued member of our central administrative team. If you’re adaptable and ready to take ownership of varied responsibilities — all while ensuring our admin systems are organised, accurate, and efficient.— this is a role where you’ll make a real impact every day.
Start Date: as soon as possible
Term: Permanent (You are required to complete a 26 working weeks probation period before the appointment is confirmed)
Hours: 37 hours per week / 38 weeks (Term time + 3 training days)
Working Day: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday - 8:00am to 3:30pm (times are not negotiable)
Grade: LG Grade 3, SCP 5-6 (Generic job description E9009B)
FTE salary: £25,583 - £25,989
