Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a full‑time Cyber Security Analyst into an expanding Cyber Security team supporting over 10,000 Healthcare users.
Main Duties
* Ensure IT infrastructure, digital services and sensitive data are protected from cyber threats.
* Assist with incident detection, response, recovery and maintain the Trust’s Cyber Incident Response Plan.
* Develop, implement and maintain cyber security policies, controls, threat analysis, testing and auditing.
* Promote cyber security awareness and good practice across the Trust.

Interview Process
Two interview rounds: a 90‑minute in‑person panel and closed‑book test, followed by a 2‑hour remote deep‑dive via MS Teams.
Person Specification – Essential
* Knowledge – Cyber security principles, threat analysis, policy development.
* Skills – Incident response, vulnerability assessment, communication and training.
* Experience – Hands‑on cyber security role in a complex NHS Trust environment.
* Responsibilities – Managing security policies and incident plans.
* Qualities – Team‑player, proactive, excellent communication.
