Job Description
The main duties of the Accounts Assistant within Property Industry:
3. Creating service charge budgets for blocks of flats
4. Raising ground rent and service charge demands
5. Responding to leaseholder account enquires by email and phone.
6. Credit control - chasing arrears
7. Some bank reconciliations
8. Placing utility contracts for buildings managed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant within Property Industry
9. A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
11. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
14. A strong understanding of the property industry.
