The property team advises investment groups, high-net-worth individuals, local businesses, and long-standing private clients, offering a breadth of expertise in both residential and commercial transactions.The RoleWorking directly with the Head of Department, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of property matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lending and re-finance (personal and corporate)
* Overage, clawback, and development agreements
* Property aspects of corporate transactions
* Agricultural property
* Plot sales
* Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
The role offers high levels of client contact and hands-on responsibility from the outset, making it an excellent platform for career development.Candidate ProfileApplicants should:
* Be newly qualified or have up to 2 years' PQE in property law
* Have completed at least one seat in property (commercial or residential) during their training contract
* Have trained at a recognised law firm
* Possess excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail
* Be commercially aware and confident dealing with clients directly
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and business development skills
* Be enthusiastic about contributing to the continued growth of the practice
