A specialist SEMH school in Ferryhill is seeking Inclusion Support Assistants to provide dedicated support to pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural and educational guidance.
What You'll Do
* Support pupils throughout their daily learning journey
* Deliver mentoring and intervention programmes
* Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
* Help pupils develop confidence and resilience
* Work closely with teachers and support staff
* Track and report on pupil progress
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working with children or young people
* Compassionate and patient nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations
* Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
