About the Role

They are seeking a hands-on Repair and Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of facilities and equipment, delivering high-quality maintenance & repair services across a complex, multi-site environment of laboratories and offices.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, functional, and well-maintained environments across multiple sites, delivering a broad range of maintenance and repair services.
1. Carry out general maintenance and repair works to a quality finish, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor fabric tasks
2. Diagnose, resolve, and escalate building and equipment faults as required
3. Support maintenance activities within regulated environments, including laboratory and clinical areas
4. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health, safety, and compliance requirements
