Staff Responsibilities:
* Generating prospect lists and proactively seeking out new business for the company.
* Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
* Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
* Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Summary of Position:
A results-driven sales representative actively seeking out and engaging with customer prospects. Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Primary Focus
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, company provided prospects and own network.
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
* Understand, articulate and develop the companies value proposition.
Requirements
Qualifications & Training
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Full Clean UK Driving License.
Experience
* Proven work experience and success as a sales representative in a food and/or drinks wholesale environment.
* Food & Drink Service background in a sales capacity very desirable but not essential.
Qualities and Attitude
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Product Knowledge
* Very desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Remuneration:
* Basic Salary + OTE
