*Key Responsibilities*
* Representing and advising clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence, child contact, adoption, and family estates.
* Representing parents or children in care proceedings.
* Representing clients in court, mediation, and other forms of Non-Court Dispute Resolution.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
* Providing advice in person, via telephone, or video conference.
* Working closely with the Managing Director, fellow solicitors, paralegals, secretaries, and support staff.
* Establishing compelling legal positions for clients based on a comprehensive understanding of family law and case details.

*Candidate Requirements*
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with family law experience.
* Ability to manage an individual caseload efficiently while working collaboratively within a team.
* Commitment to achieving 6 billable hours per day and complying with credit control procedures.
* Professional, organised, and proactive approach.
* Willingness to participate in regular file reviews to ensure compliance and client care standards.
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and client communication skills.
