We are looking for a talented Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves working 40 hours a week across two hotels: The Admiral Rodney in Horncastle and The White Hart in Boston.
You will need your own transport as your time will be split between the two hotels. Experience in property maintenance and/or building/decorating trades is required.

Role Responsibilities:
* Report to the Head of Property and work closely with the General Manager.
* Complete weekly facility checks and record findings.
* Proactively prevent, identify, and fix property issues.
* Maintain high standards to ensure the hotel is always well-presented.
* Handle reactive maintenance tasks daily.
* Plan and execute planned improvement works using your trade skills.
* Coordinate, supervise, and approve works by third-party contractors.
* Support colleagues during property emergencies, even off duty.
* Log and track repairs and quotes via our facilities management system.
