Last year, 786,574 people received information and support from Victim Support. As a Service Delivery Volunteer, you will provide specialist support services for people affected by crime.

Role Responsibilities:
* Support victims of crime in our multi-crime and anti-social behaviour services.
* Deliver one-to-one support mainly via phone.
* Collaborate with caseworkers to provide client-led support.
* Contribute to our service framework through validation, reflection, and informing.
The role is remote and can be performed from home. We especially welcome applicants from North Devon, Redruth, Truro, or Torbay.
Volunteer Requirements:
* Be 18 years or older.
* Volunteer at least 3 hours weekly for a minimum of 12 months.
* Complete a 10-week training program, including virtual days, a workbook, and online modules.
* Undertake an enhanced DBS check and join the DBS update service.
* Provide two satisfactory references.
* Have an active email address for communication.
Expenses:
Volunteers are reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses, including travel and lunch.
