You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn't your average retail role; it's much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The role can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If you take pride in your work and the team's efforts, our customers will notice and appreciate us even more.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in with checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
* Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude, even during busy times, and coaching the team to do the same.
* Building relationships by asking questions and ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their projects.
* Creating a fun and welcoming working environment, maintaining product availability and high standards, and making the branch a great place to work.
What we're looking for:
* No retail experience necessary; focus on delivering great service, and we'll teach you the rest.
* A love of teamwork, willingness to get involved, and a positive attitude.
* Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine personality that shines through at work.
