If so, then this may be the perfect role for you. We are seeking a professional with extensive building and grants experience, who is an EHO or housing professional. You will have knowledge and ideally experience in all aspects of disabled facilities grant delivery, from the procurement of services and works through to the delivery of works on-site. You will manage a team of highly motivated and experienced officers with a passion for adapting properties. You will have opportunity to review and develop policies, procedures and procurement opportunities, while still maintaining a ‘hands-on’ active case load. Whether you are an existing manager or an experienced officer wanting to take that first step into management, while still being involved in active cases.
