About You
1. Experience in a customer-facing or account management role (non-sales / service-led)
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills
3. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
4. Comfortable working with data and using it to support decisions
5. Experience within fleet, automotive, logistics or a service-led environment is beneficial
6. Confident using Microsoft Office tools
