We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the utilities and water sector to support the commercial management and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. The role will involve working across a portfolio of clean water and wastewater schemes, including: * Rising mains * New water main reinforcements and replacements * Shaft construction works * Storm storage schemes * Minor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works Key Responsibilities * Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception through to final account. * Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Administer subcontractor procurement, payments, variations, and final accounts. * Manage change control, compensation events, and contractual notifications. * Support project teams in identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities. * Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and company procedures. * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams to maximise project performance. * Prepare and present accurate commercial reports to senior management.
