Plus benefits, including a generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the role This exciting role focuses on promoting the Brilliance Futures Pledge (BFP) across the College by supporting students and apprentices in developing their personal, social and employability skills. You will play a key role in coordinating the administration, moderation, and digital certification of student achievements, while also supporting the delivery of enterprise tutorials and the growth of a vibrant enterprise programme. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that students are equipped with the entrepreneurial mindset and real-world skills needed for success beyond college. About the Person The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the skills development of others and driving new initiatives within an educational or training setting. You’ll bring strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, alongside a passion for personal development, enterprise, and careers education. A proactive and resilient problem-solver, you will be confident delivering tutorials and working across teams to embed innovation and engagement in student enrichment. About the College We are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our wide range of education options span entry level programmes through to degrees, higher technical qualifications, and accredited professional courses to courses for professional development.
