Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. The role involves developing governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions, along with assessing and optimizing Dynamics 365 configurations to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
2. Develop and execute governance frameworks, environment planning, and security strategies.
3. Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules such as Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, and Field Service.
4. Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Qualifications
* Intermediate to expert experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture, customization, and deployment in large-scale environments.
* Proficiency in Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
* Experience with Omnichannel solutions and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
* Excellent troubleshooting, training, and communication skills.
