As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating, and supervising all aspects of maintenance across site, you will lead a team of technicians, develop procedures, and implement strategies to optimize downtime. Your key responsibilities will be to: Lead the Maintenance & Engineering department Co-ordinate with department heads to prioritise service tasks Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Overseeing the day to day running of the department Facilities management Develop the CMMS systems TPM Assist with projects / CI / RCA Contractor control RAMS Budgetary experience Introduce engineering improvements to existing equipment and processes. These will be improvements to safety, productivity, efficiency, energy saving etc Ensuring manufacturing systems comply with relevant health and safety requirements good practice and guarding legislation Attend various meetings Experience and skills required: Degree / HNC engineering discipline Previous experience within a similar role ISO accredited Hands on approach Demonstrable experience in support NEBOSH / IOSH accredited Passionate leader Computer literate Previous experience in automation Excellent Package Offered: Competitive salary 25 days holiday, plus stats Gym facilities Canteen facilities, providing hot and cold drinks Free parking Great culture and supportive company Christmas shutdown (holidays need to be saved for this) This role offers a 39.5 hourly week Monday to Friday and the role will be based on site at our clients premises in HD1, where they have free onsite parking.
