Grade 7/8: £37,280 - £47,181 per annum, plus an Essential Car User Allowance: £1239 per annum and a 2% Recruitment and Retention Allowance paid monthly.

About the Role
Join our Children with Disabilities Team at the Sandhill Centre to assess, monitor and review Child In Need, Child Protection and Cared For Plans. You will work directly with and support children, young people and their families who require support under these plans, completing focused assessments and working closely with partner agencies to ensure complex needs are met.
Responsibilities
* Complete assessments, monitoring and review of Child In Need, Child Protection and Cared For Plans.
* Work closely with partner agencies to meet the complex needs of children and young people.
* Deliver statutory children’s social care services with a clear understanding of social care legislation.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, partner agencies, children and families.
* Manage a manageable caseload with a clear progression pathway.
Qualifications
* Minimum of one year’s post‑qualifying experience in children’s social care.
* Completion of ASYE is desirable, but not essential.
* Knowledge of statutory children’s social care legislation.
* Strong team player with excellent relationship‑building skills.
