We are looking for a tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous B2B sales experience to join our expanding team. This opportunity demands a talented and driven Sales Advisor with proven sales experience. The role will involve working on a large number of existing customer accounts, ensuring that business is maintained and cultivated as well and prospecting new customers to drive sales forward for the geographical area managed. You will be office-based, working Monday-Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm with an hour lunch break. Ideally, the right employee would be: Comfortable with Lead Generation via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels. Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell. Able to manage a territory account model alongside an external area manager Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin. Transformational selling experience - providing customer solutions not just transactions. Able to build value added relationships with core customers & new clients trading Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Previous experience on Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills. Good attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Enthusiastic and sociable. Candidates preferred to be local to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge and surrounding areas
