5. Goods In: Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report any issues.
6. Systems Use: Use Xero for purchase orders and invoice management; Simpro for receipting goods and job allocation.
7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to stock and procurement procedures.
8. Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company policies and ISO standards.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and operations staff.
