About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a leading fashion influencer / writer during a maternity cover period. This is a fast-paced and varied role.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while working closely with brands, PR agencies, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate diary, manage meetings, fittings, photoshoots, and events
* Serve as the primary point of contact for PR agencies, brands, and collaborators
* Organise travel arrangements and logistics for work trips and fashion events
* Manage and maintain personal resale accounts on Vinted and Vestiaire
* Oversee PR inventory and ensured the studio remains organised and presentable
* Handle email correspondence, administrative duties, and daily operational tasks
* Provide support with personal tasks and ad hoc errands as required
* Private support in all aspects- Holiday booking, Doctors and leisure appointments
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Influencer/Creator Assistant
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and relationship management abilities
