Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Controller
Full-time on-site in Broughton
Up to £37 per hour (via Umbrella)
Initial Contract until April 2026
Our client is a leading global organisation operating at the forefront of engineering, manufacturing and aerospace innovation. Their Facilities Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team plays a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace. Due to ongoing projects at their Broughton site, we’re looking to appoint an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Controller to support the safe delivery of site operations and infrastructure works.
THE EHS CONTROLLER ROLE:
The EHS Controller will be embedded within the FMRE team and support risk management, contractor safety, compliance audits and the application of CDM Regulations and Building Safety legislation. You’ll be a visible presence on-site, conducting safety inspections, reviewing safety documentation and ensuring all work-related incidents are investigated and resolved appropriately
EHS CONTROLLER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (minimum requirement)
Strong experience with risk assessments and auditing techniques
Knowledge of Facilities Management safety including construction & maintenance
Understanding of legal compliance including CDM 2015
Ability to lead site-based inspections and incident investigations
