We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Adviser to join our Property and Contracts Team in the vibrant seaside town of Weston-super-Mare. What you will do:
* Handle an array of property‑related tasks including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant agreements, and licences.
* Manage and draft legal documents such as S38 Highway Agreements and Deferred Payment Agreements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Provide clear, informed legal advice to clients, meeting their needs efficiently and professionally.
* Prioritise and manage your workload effectively to ensure deadlines are consistently met, even under pressure.
* Collaborate and communicate with team members effectively, employing strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Develop your legal skills and knowledge with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
