About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Testing & Inspection Electrician to join one of the UK's leading electrical compliance and testing providers. This mobile role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial projects, supporting both public and private sector clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and completing remedial works across commercial and industrial environments. You will work independently across multiple sites, ensuring all electrical systems are tested, compliant, and operating safely, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct EICRs across commercial and industrial sites
* Diagnose faults and carry out remedial electrical works
* Complete small installations and system upgrades as required
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and point-of-work assessments
* Maintain accurate reports and records using mobile devices
* Liaise with clients to minimise disruption during works
* Work flexibly across regional sites, including occasional nights and weekends
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in electrical testing and inspection
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working in commercial environments
* Good understanding of electrical compliance and safety regulations
* Ability to work independently in a mobile role
* Customer-focused approach
Essential Requirements
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
* City & Guilds #removed# (18th Edition)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing)
* ECS Gold Card Apply
