We are actively seeking a new Chef de Partie to help prepare and cook delicious food for our Camellia restaurant at South Lodge.
Alongside the Head Chef/Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and kitchen operations for the restaurant, with a culture that delivers an amazing guest experience.
A thorough understanding and passion for food and flavors are essential. A key eye for local and current food trends will be integral to this role.

Role Responsibility
* Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
* Help develop creative menus and service in the kitchen, ensuring the quality of food is of the exceptional standard expected of the restaurant.
* Inform the Sous Chef of any relevant feedback from colleagues or guests.
* Assist in other sections or help with other duties, mentoring the Commis Chef and Demi CDP in their tasks.
* Support with daily ordering, keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
* Ensure the kitchen meets company standards in cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel/restaurant environment.
* A true passion for food, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
* Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines.
* Willingness to work to high standards demanded by a luxury establishment.
* Innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Experience supervising and guiding others.
