Client Overview Sapien is looking for multiple Production Operatives to join our client’s engineering team in Kent. This role involves assembling both simple and complex mechanical/electro-mechanical components in a quality-focused production environment. Please note: due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to obtain SC-level security clearance. Job Responsibilities * Safely and effectively use a variety of hand and bench tools. * Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately. * Carry out mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly tasks to a high standard. * Follow verbal instructions from team members and the Line Manager. * Attend customer and supplier visits when required; therefore, a full UK driving licence and valid passport are essential. * Produce high-quality components in line with company standards and procedures.
