About the Role
The Associate Post Engineer supports the International Post infrastructure for our TV Networks, Social Media team, and Film operations. Responsibilities include managing client requests, designing workflows, system maintenance, patching, and managing small projects. A thorough understanding of Avid and Adobe is required.

* Video standards (SD, HD, UHD, HDR, NDI, SRT), Resolutions, Frame Rates
* Video Compression (XDCAM50, MPEG2, MPEG4/AVC, XAVC, DNx, ProRes)
* Windows 11, Windows Server, Mac OS
* Software automation (Ansible)
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Effective collaboration across locations
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to work independently
Desirable Experience:
* File encoding/workflows (Telestream Vantage)
* Leostream, Teradici PCoIP
* VMWare & Virtualisation
* File system administration (NFS, CIFS, SMB)
* Network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS)
* File acceleration (Aspera, Signiant)
* Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
* Cybersecurity in broadcast/post production
* Digital Cinema standards and equipment
* Storage/archive technologies
* Real-time IPTV technologies (DVB, IP encoding, SRT, HLS)
