They are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Project Manager with design management and quantity surveying experience to deliver small-to-medium scale residential conversions of upper parts of retail premises. This is a hybrid PM/DM/QS role, with responsibility for projects from post-planning through design, tendering, procurement, and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of residential conversion projects (conversion cost ~£1m; GDV £3–4m; unit value ~£250k). Assemble and manage design teams, including architects and consultants. Oversee tendering and procurement of contractors and suppliers. Manage project budgets, cashflow, and commercial viability.
