Due to increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in Portsmouth. Our clients are seeking minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 Surveys. The role comes with a host of benefits, lincluding eading software for report writing and career progression.
Working hours:
1. As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
2. Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
3. Bonus structure
4. On Target earnings of £60,000 - £70,000
5. 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Residential Surveyor requirements:
8. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
9. UK driving license
10. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
11. Carrying out Level 2 reports
12. Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)
13. Redbook Valuations
