International Card Services (ICS) is a core operating group of American Express and has delivered robust growth over the past decade. Part of the ICS Team partners with corporate and small business clients to help them manage cash flow and increase profitability through a variety of automated expense management tools.
The International Field Enablement (IFE) Team is responsible for driving productivity for our 2000+ Sales & Account Development Teams through effective capabilities, training and communications.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Analyst, Measurement & Design – ICS International Field Enablement will play a critical role in the governance, implementation, and ongoing management of learning systems and compliance requirements across all international markets.
This role has a strong emphasis on LMS operations, system governance, and analytics, The successful candidate will help drive global standards, ensure International New Hire compliance with CFI requirements, and deliver accurate reporting and insights to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on LMS administration experience,, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role does not manage direct reports but partners closely with vendors, International Field Enablement, ICS colleagues, and cross-functional global teams.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Operations & Governance
1. Oversee day-to-day LMS administration for International Field Enablement, including content publishing, learner assignments, version control, and system governance.
2. Establish and maintain governance standards, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency across markets.
3. Troubleshoot LMS issues and act as a key point of contact for system-related escalations.
Compliance & Risk Management
4. Ensure all International New Hire learning meets global CFI and regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Maintain accurate compliance documentation, audit materials, and reporting procedures.
6. Monitor and track compliance risks across international markets and escalate as appropriate.
Reporting & Analytics
7. Manage LMS reporting and analytics for the COE Skills Content team.
8. Develop dashboards, measures, and tracking mechanisms to monitor learning completion, compliance, and programme performance.
9. Analyse data sets to generate insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
10. Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable system outputs.
Content Oversight & Enablement Support
11. Oversee the governance and maintenance of International New Hire content, Skills Content and Leadership Contentwithin the LMS.
12. Ensure learning content is accurately configured and deployed within the system.
13. Support priority Skills Content initiatives as required, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and learning design.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
14. Collaborate with International FE, ICS, and ICS partner teams to align on priorities, compliance requirements, and deliverables.
15. Partner with external vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and system standards are met.
16. Communicate updates, changes, and governance standards clearly across diverse regions and time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
17. Experience in Learning & Development with strong exposure to LMS administration and governance.
18. Demonstrated experience supporting LMS operations, reporting, and system processes.
19. Strong analytical skills with experience managing data, reporting, and dashboards.
20. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international markets.
21. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
22. Experience working with the LMS Oracle
23. Experience supporting global or multi-market LMS environments.
24. Familiarity with compliance-driven learning environments.
25. Ability to speak additional languages from international markets (APAC, EMEA, LAC/MX).
