Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
Keele, Cheshire
£53,565 (including shift allowance) plus overtime + benefits (£70,000 achievable subject to available overtime hours worked)

We are always looking towards the future and ways to improve our processes and outputs. We rely on our colleagues and teams to identify how this can be done. We are recruiting an experienced Shift Maintenance Electrician to join our Keele site.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure continuous running of the production process by fault-finding and maintaining all site equipment and machinery safely and logically.
* Work on various equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems.
* Be electrically biased and able to commute to Keele daily.
Shift Pattern:
Continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:30 am – 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm – 06:30 am).
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent electrical engineering skills with mechanical experience.
* NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline preferred.
* Execute PPM and contribute to system & process improvements.
* PLC fault finding and diagnostic skills; programming experience advantageous.
* Support feasibility studies, CAPEX & CI projects.
* Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
* Ability to diagnose and understand maintenance issues.
* Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
