Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer - Fanuc or Haas

Salary: £22ph - £23ph DOE (depending on experience), including shift allowance
Shift: Backshift - 3:45pm till 2am
Overtime: Readily available all at x1.5
Based in Bradford, our client is a precision engineering specialist, Covering a wide range of industries such as food and beverage manufacturing, medical, utilities, chemical packaging and recycling.
Job description
* The role of CNC Programmer, setter operator will include the following duties:
* Programming, Setting & Operating Milling machines, using Haas or Fanuc Controls
* Be able to use basic inspection equipment.
* The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Milling Machines with Fanuc or Hass controls
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.
* Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.
* Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
* Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
* Professional and self-motivated attitude.
* Good organisational & time management skills.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning machines with Fanuc or Haas controls.
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to interpret them accurately.
* Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship, but experience is the key factor.
* A professional, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
