To be successful as a Data Analyst, you should have:
* Experience in Change and Transformation, including Agile Methodology and adherence to change delivery controls.
* Experience engaging with stakeholders, hosting forums/meetings to gather business requirements, and creating action plans based on those requests.
* Data analysis and reporting skills, including Jira/JQL Reporting, taxonomy, Navigator, and Tableau reporting.

Purpose of the role
To implement data quality processes and procedures, ensuring data is reliable and trustworthy, then extracting actionable insights to help improve operations and optimize resources.
Accountabilities
* Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and source identification.
* Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
* Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
* Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
* Document data quality findings and recommend improvements.
