We are seeking a proactive Territory Account Manager to drive growth across the London area by nurturing existing client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional delivery of client projects. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building long‑term partnerships and representing brands at industry events.
Key responsibilities
* Grow and retain existing client accounts through regular engagement, strategic planning, and value‑led upselling.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the territory; develop pipelines and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
* Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
* Act as the primary client contact for the territory, resolving issues, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, local events and networking activities to raise visibility and generate leads.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales performance against targets, and provide regular territory reporting and forecasts.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience growing existing accounts and developing new business, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Comfortable representing the brand at events and building a professional network.
* Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage multiple clients and projects within a geographic territory.
* Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
