Leading all activities of the Warehouse and Distribution department and its team members, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed efficiently. The role is critical in maintaining productivity, optimising workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulation using MRP in accordance with the stock control procedures.
Duties for the Warehouse Managerinclude:
1. Accurate input of information into MRP.
2. Ensure accuracy of picks to FIFO principles checking pick batch number accuracy, and as required perform shortage picks and housekeeping transactions in the system.
