Job Title: Onsite Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Mansfield (Onsite)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy industrial client in Mansfield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a keen eye for detail. You will act as the key point of contact between the client, candidates, and the recruitment team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily recruitment activities for onsite industrial operations
* Manage candidate onboarding, inductions, and compliance checks
* Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, shifts, and performance
* Act as the first point of contact for all onsite workforce queries
* Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
* Support workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
* Monitor absence, lateness, and performance, escalating issues where necessary
* Assist with payroll data collation and timesheet management
* Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Build strong relationships with both the client and temporary workforce
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, or administrative roles (industrial or high-volume environments preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
