They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing litigation team. As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters while supporting senior fee earners on more complex disputes. The role offers exposure to a broad range of litigation work and the opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution:
* Managing your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes
* Handling matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, and general civil litigation
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
* Conducting legal research and advising clients on prospects and strategy
* Attending court hearings and mediations where required
* Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
