JOB TITLE: Residential and Commercial Property Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: South Yorkshire

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
The role will include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and leases as well as managing commercial transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters. You will also draft and negotiate contracts, leases and related documentation and you will also liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties. You will ensure files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements whilst contributing to the development of the department and maintaining high client care standards.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Fee Earner. You will have proven experience in both commercial and residential property matters whilst being capable of running a caseload independently. You will demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills, have excellent communication and client care abilities as well as being proactive, professional and able to work well as part of a team. Experience with case management systems and a strong understanding of property-related compliance requirements is desirable.
