Are you an experience .NET Engineer who enjoys setting technical direction, solving complex greenfield challenges, and driving high engineering standards?
We're partnered with a growing and well-established FinTech business based near Crewe that's expanding its core platform and payments capabilities. As part of this growth, they're looking to appoint MULTIPLE Senior to Lead level .NET Developers to take ownership of greenfield software engineering, platform scalability, and system integrations across their financial products.
As their Senior .NET Developer, you will:
Design and build scalable, secure, API-first .NET backend systems (Strong .NET Core/Azure background is a must)
Support the architecture and development of integrations with third-party financial services and payment providers
Ensure systems are built with security, compliance, and performance at the forefront
Influence coding standards, DevOps practices, and long-term technical strategy
Mentor and support other engineers, raising overall engineering quality. (This has potential to step into senior/leadership roles very quickly)
