The department includes experienced learning support assistants, SEN practitioners, and pastoral staff. About the Role
As SENCO, responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
• Overseeing EHCP processes, assessments, and personalised plans
• Supporting and training teachers to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching
• Working closely with parents, carers, and external professionals
• Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
• Developing strategic initiatives to support whole-school inclusion
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• QTS with extensive SEND experience
