We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our First Class nursery.
Bright Horizons First Class is a high‑quality early years nursery providing exceptional care and education for young children. As part of the wider Bright Horizons family, First Class combines a nurturing, home‑from‑home environment with an evidence‑based early years curriculum designed to support each child’s individual development.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
8. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
9. Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
10. Strong understanding of the Scottish Curriculum
11. Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
12. Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
