The Role
You will support the conveyancing team on a variety of residential property matters, including:
* Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Preparing contract packs and supporting documents
* Conducting searches, managing enquiries, and liaising with clients and agents
* Drafting standard letters, forms, and completion documentation
* Managing file administration and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
* Providing a friendly, responsive service to clients at all stages of the transaction
This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain exposure to the full conveyancing lifecycle.
About You
* Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant (6+ months preferred)
* Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage competing tasks
