We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to diagnose and repair various types of machinery and vehicles. This role is vital in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Must have own tools. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues or malfunctions. Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components. Timing Belt kits, Gearbox, Clutches etc Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or on-site. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Experience Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is essential. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous. A valid driver's licence is preferred.
