Account Support Executive / Sales Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Account Support Executive / Sales Administrator to join our small but mighty team at PromoLab! If you’re organised, creative, and love seeing fun merchandise projects come to life — from client concept to final delivery — you could be the perfect fit.
Location: Hybrid – GL11 region (Dursley/Wotton-Under-Edge) & remote
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

We’re now looking for a detail-driven Account Support Executive / Sales Administrator to join our friendly, collaborative team. If you love organisation, creativity, and variety, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support Account Managers to deliver outstanding client service.
* Create ideas, source products, and prepare polished proposals.
* Manage quotes, POs, orders, and client communications.
* Liaise with suppliers and track orders from concept to delivery.
* Use courier and freight systems for shipping and returns.
* Maintain accurate project records and timelines.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in every task.
* Occasionally help the warehouse team pack and collate orders during busy periods.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in sales admin, account support, or project coordination (merchandise/marketing/print/event background a bonus).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Commercial awareness and client-first thinking.
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in CRMs or order systems (Promo Office training provided).
* Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to be hands-on and help wherever needed.
