The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, offering access to top-scale brands, collaboration across the business, and international travel to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and collaboration with marketing and events teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. This is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent, but conversions from contract roles are considered. The company is also interested if you'd like to focus on a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants are paid a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission pays 20% to 30% above a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts
* Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success in acquiring clients
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience hiring internationally is a plus
* Must reside in the UK with reasonable commute to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
