 
        
        Senior HR Generalist EMEA (Adabas & Natural)
Location: EMEA (Remote) | Employment type: Contract | Seniority level: Mid-Senior
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support our EMEA region. As a key member of our international HR team, you’ll drive and support both regional and global initiatives, ensuring precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries; provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers, escalating when necessary.
 * Deliver accurate and compliant HR services across all HR operations.
 * Manage full-cycle HR administration (contracts, benefits registration, compensation letters, sickness records).
 * Oversee and coordinate onboarding, orientation, and post-recruitment activities.
 * Maintain HR data in systems like Workforce; audit and update regularly.
 * Support initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
 * Coordinate and track participation in training, workshops, and development programs.
 * Assist in employee surveys, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
 * Support and execute core HR processes: onboarding, performance management, succession planning, talent development, workforce planning.
 * Advise managers on employee relations across multiple countries; coach on topics like performance, engagement, organizational design.
 * Coordinate immigration documentation and case management.
 * Assist with audits and reporting (payroll, benefits, labor regulations).
 * Maintain and update employee handbooks and internal knowledge systems.
 * Generate and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.) to support strategic decisions.
 * Design and improve policies and processes aligned with best market practices.
 * Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
 * 2–5 years in a similar HR role, ideally in a tech-driven international company.
 * Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (e.g., TUPE, family leave, redundancy, disciplinary).
 * Regional HR experience across EMEA with understanding of local labor laws.
 * Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, ER, performance, offboarding.
 * Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Sage).
 * Experience supporting or building internal knowledge systems and employee-facing content.
 * Strong project management and problem-solving skills; able to handle escalations and deliver scalable solutions.
 * Experience advising managers on ER matters in line with ACAS and company policy.
 * Experience working across time zones with global teams in dynamic, flat organizations.
 * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
 * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
 * Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology, or CIPD Level 3+ (or working toward it).
