Recruitment Business Development Manager
Location: Coventry City Centre
Salary: Completely Negotiable DOE - 25% Commission on Perms / 10% Commission on Temp GP. Work from Home on Fridays. Open to Division Specialism (Driving, Engineering, Commercial, Healthcare, etc.). This is a long-term hire and will form part of our plans for years to come.

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a Recruitment Business Development desk.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
* Drive revenue growth and expand service coverage (UK wide).
* Operate with high autonomy, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Recruitment with experience as a Senior Consultant / BDM / Divisional Manager or similar role.
* Open to Division Specialism (Driving, Engineering, Commercial, Healthcare, etc.).
* Based in or willing to work in Coventry, with flexibility for UK-wide engagement.
