Pay Rate: PAYE: £15.12 hourly Umbrella: £20.52 hourly IR35 Status: Inside IR35 About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and deliver supply chain activities for a range of inventory and support functions. This responsible position involves coordinating key aspects of item data management, demand planning, inventory supply, supplier management, and inventory disposals. This role is critical to ensuring operational success and compliance within our logistical frameworks. You will be a vital part of our team, managing inventory data, developing supply and demand plans, and supporting the efficient storage and distribution of materials. The role requires a proactive approach to customs documentation, inventory accountability, and disposal processes, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain item data records using logistics information systems, supporting optimized supply chain activities across the lifecycle of equipment. Develop and execute inventory demand and supply plans within delegated financial limits, utilizing approved analysis tools. Identify and secure optimal storage and distribution solutions meeting customer requirements. Prepare customs declaration documents for inventory distribution into/out of the UK, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements. Manage inventory accountability, ensuring all inventory is accurately recorded and compliant with accounting policies. Coordinate inventory disposal activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and align disposals with platform or equipment considerations. Support supply chain development by detailing requirements throughout the lifecycle and vetting initial provisioning lists to exclude redundancies. Conduct management checks to ensure adherence to policies and processes across supply chain activities. Person Specification: The successful candidate will demonstrate: Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics environment. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Experience managing budgets and financial reporting. Ability to interpret and analyse data effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS. A full UK Driving License. Why Join Us?
